WE EXPRESS GOD'S VICTORY (Psalm 68:1-18)

Psalm 68:4
Sing unto God, sing praises to his name: extol him that rideth upon the heavens by his name JAH, and rejoice before him.

The greatest evil a man can do to himself is to become an enemy of God. Then who will become your friend?

See what Jesus said:

Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

The false experience called "fear" and those farce called "lust" or "pleasure" are not real, they are a mirage. Why then should I sacrifice or trade the Heavenly Father's love for them? King Saul stands a perfect example for us.

It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the Lord!

Hebrews 10:31
[It is] a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Psalms 68:1-2
Rise up, O God, and scatter your enemies. Let those who hate God run for their lives.
Blow them away like smoke. Melt them like wax in a fire. Let the wicked perish in the presence of God.

Do you oppress the fatherless, do you treat unjustly the widows? Do you maltreat those who the Lord has put under you? What do you do when a little power come into your hand? Remember it is temporary, there is only one custodian of power, that is the Author Himself, the Heavenly Father.

Psalms 68:5-6
Father to the fatherless, defender of widows— this is God, whose dwelling is holy. God places the lonely in families; he sets the prisoners free and gives them joy.
But he makes the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land.

We must never be found on the wrong side of the divide, this is why Christ came, to set the captives free and to release gifts to us:

Psalm 68:18
Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, [for] the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell [among them].

Ephesians 4:8
Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.

We must be part of the winning side, we are equipped to minister to many. We are on the Lord's side, we make Him known as we use His gifts to bless lives and bring joy. Displaying His love that those who believe will be edified and those who are yet to believe will believe. (There is no person that has nothing to give)

1 Peter 2:9
But ye [are] a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Glory to God, we will keep expressing His victory. For we are victors.

He calls us blessed.
