POWER BELONGS TO GOD - The Lord has you covered. (Psalm 27)
Psalm 27:1
The LORD [is] my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD [is] the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Matthew 10:28
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
Some even in the household of faith misplace the position of fear. There is no place in scriptures were we are told to fear the enemy. Fear should only be of our God, yes the Heavenly Father.
Psalm 27:3
Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this [will] I [be] confident.
For man and powers can boast of many things but power belongs to the Lord.
Psalm 62:11
God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power [belongeth] unto God.
For He is the one that has the power of life and death, the one who has authority over this life and the one after. The Almighty God.
Many who make so much noise about the enemies and their powers do err. So also many who doubt what God can do, especially the hope we have for this life and the life after here. It is foolishness to live ones life full of false fear.
Matthew 22:29
Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
Why because many do not really study the scriptures. Many are so ignorant, they rest only on what they hear from the pulpit (physical or virtual), they do not take time to study the scriptures or meditate on them.
Power belongs to God!
Psalm 27:4
One [thing] have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.
How many of us still have this desire?
It is not about the big church buildings or physical temples. NO
Acts 17:24
God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
For Christ said, that God seeketh those who worship Him in Spirit and Truth.
John 4:23-24
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
God [is] a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship [him] in spirit and in truth.
Glory to God, no one can shut us out, we remain in the presence of the Lord, for the Lord by His Spirit dwells in us.
You have no excuse not to pray, meditate or worship. You are the temple.
Glory to God.
Let us set the order right, POWER belongs to our Heavenly Father, He is the one to be feared. Yes with reverent fear. Glory to His Holy name.
Ephesians 5:21
Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.
Hebrews 12:28
Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:
1 Peter 2:17
Honour all [men]. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.
He calls us blessed.

Yes, we need to be afraid of doing all that is unrighteous with fear of God, because he hate such and to avoid his anger. We are are not under the control of devil or evil spirits but holy spirit through Christ Jesus our saviour. May the HE continue to guide us to do all that is good in the sight of God .
