HE STAYS AWAKE FOR US

Psalm 121:4&5
Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
The LORD [is] thy keeper: the LORD [is] thy shade upon thy right hand.

A song by Don Moen reads:

Our God is able.
He is mighty.
He is faithful.

And He never sleeps
He never slumbers
He never tires of hearing our prayer
When we are weak
He becomes stronger
So rest in His love and cast all of your cares on Him.

That is a clear explanation of God's love for us. He stays awake for us!

It takes a loving Father to sacrifice so much to take care of His children. All glory to His name.

John 1:12
 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, [even] to them that believe on his name:

In Christ Jesus we enjoy the fruit of the covenant for He is the fulfilment of the covenant. Halleluyah.

We thus set aside fear and trust in Him. Who has blessed us in all things.

Ephesians 1:3
Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:

So we should live a life of praise, acknowledging Him who stays awake for us. That even when we are weak He stays strong. Fighting battles for us that we are not aware of.

Heavenly Father we are most grateful. We give you all the glory, honour and praise.

He calls us blessed.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out. Please don't give up, God is still in control Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
