YOUR RECORD BOOKS

Ester 6:1
That night the king could not sleep. So one was commanded to bring the book of the records of the chronicles; and they were read before the king.

This an example of a good record. We could not be sentimental about it, there are good and bad records. For even with the Heavenly Father both records exists. People will begin to live in wisdom when they understand that they will give account.

From our text from the book of Esther the book that recorded Mordecai's good deeds had the record of two of the king's eunuchs, Bigthan and Teresh, ( his  doorkeepers') the had a record of evil deeds.

What records do we have with the heavenly?

Israel had a bad record thus they were prevented from building the wall in the time of Ezra.

Ezra 4:1&15
Now when the adversaries of Judah and Benjamin heard that the descendants of the captivity were building the temple of the LORD God of Israel,
that search may be made in the book of the records of your fathers. And you will find in the book of the records and know that this city is a rebellious city, harmful to kings and provinces, and that they have incited sedition within the city in former times, for which cause this city was destroyed.

We cannot afford to have a bad record with the Heavenly Father, Kind Saul had that type of record, a record of disobedience. So were many prophets and people in the time of old.

Ezekel 13:9
"My hand will be against the prophets who envision futility and who divine lies; they shall not be in the assembly of My people, nor be written in the record of the house of Israel, nor shall they enter into the land of Israel. Then you shall know that I am the Lord God.

We thus should rejoice in the revelation of the Messiah, Yeshua, Jesus the Christ. His coming brought us the grace of a clean slate. A sacrifice that wiped our bad record clean, given us opportunity and power through the Holy Spirit to rewrite our record.

Romans 4:8
Yes, what joy for those whose record the lord has cleared of sin.”

We all have our records with our creator. Christ coming was so important, for His sacrifice cleans out our bad record.

Romans 4:23-24
And when God counted him as righteous, it wasn’t just for Abraham’s benefit. It was recorded
for our benefit, too, assuring us that God will also count us as righteous if we believe in him, the one who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.

Halleluyah. What a loss if we do not take full advantage. We should let the whole world know. Halleluyah.

We must thus hold jealously that which Christ has cleaned. We must stay with a clean record for there are still books of records.

Revelation 20:12
I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books.

Revelation 20:15
And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.

We will not be found wanting, His grace will keep us clean until that day when we let the flesh off finally. Help us Good Lord.

All glory to Him who is able to present us spotless and blameless. We love you Lord.

You call us blessed. Halleluyah.

Love
@the watcher.
