YOUR RECORD BOOKS - Part Two
Jeremiah 31:34
"No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them," says the LORD. "For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."
Hebrews 10:17
then He adds, "Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more."
What records do you keep? For it could be good or bad. Well our Heavenly Father keeps record and we do too.
We cannot over emphasize the sacrifice of Christ paid to give us a clean record.
I teach and say that after the salvation message, what else is left to be taught? The answer is "The Father" we go further to learn of Him that we may be more like Him, day after day.
Ephesians 1:17
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
Colossians 1:10
that you may have a walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Halleluyah.
Now we know Him as the One who wipes our bad records and gives us good ones.
Colossians 2:14
He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.
Like our Father, do we do the same?
Are you yet holding anyone to ransom who had wronged you? Are they even aware? Have they not repented, have they not become better people?
IT IS TIME TO CLEAN THEIR RECORDS.
Are there spouses who still hold on to the bad record of their partner? It is time to let go.
Let us be Like our Father. Remember that what He forgave us for, is much more than that offence you still cling to. . . LET IT GO!
*Matthew 18:23-35*
What of the good records, have we been keeping them? Who have we rewarded lately?
The Lord help us.
2 John 1:3
Grace, mercy, and peace will be with you from God the Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
We are blessed.
