DON'T LIVE IN SIN

Ephesians 5:6
Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience.

The trick of the enemy from the beginning has been to lure man to disobey God. THAT HAS NOT CHANGED!

Genesis 3:17
And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed [is] the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat [of] it all the days of thy life;

Thus when one receives the new birth (is born again), one of the first teaching we receive is to know that their is/are enemies, and their role is to bring us down. We must stand in the victory we have in Christ Jesus.

When Jesus was to begin His ministry He had to be tempted and it continued, yet in all He overcame.

Matthew 4:10
Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

We must remember that we received grace that we may fulfil what the law could not. Thus we work in a higher righteousness. The righteousness we have in Christ Jesus. Glory to the Father.

Matthew 5:20
 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed [the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Thank God for the revelation of Jesus.

1 Corinthians 1:30
But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:

So we must NOT toss around that which we have received, instead we must guard it jealousy.

Ephesians 5:9
 (For the fruit of the Spirit [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

Ephesians 5:2-8(NLT)
Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.
Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people.
Obscene stories, foolish talk, and coarse jokes—these are not for you. Instead, let there be thankfulness to God.
You can be sure that no immoral, impure, or greedy person will inherit the Kingdom of Christ and of God. For a greedy person is an idolater, worshiping the things of this world.
Don’t be fooled by those who try to excuse these sins, for the anger of God will fall on all who disobey him.
Don’t participate in the things these people do.
For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light!

WE WILL FINISH WELL.

He calls us blessed.

Love
@the watcher.
