RELEASE THE HOLY SPIRIT

Romans 8:9
But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

John 14:17(NLT)
He is the Holy Spirit, who leads into all truth. The world cannot receive him, because it isn’t looking for him and doesn’t recognize him. But you know him, because he lives with you now and later will be in you.

The reason the person of the Holy Spirit is not active in most believers is because they refuse to release Him.

They actually keep resisting His influence till He is excused from our daily living yet this ought not to be so.

John 14:26
But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

He is Christ still with us even after He had ascended, the very seal by which the Heavenly Father recognises His own. We ought to yield to Him.

Ephesians 4:30
And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

This very presence of God ought to be our guide in the decisions we make, our planning and the confirmation for our execution.

Hear what Pharaoh said about Joseph:

Genesis 41:38
And Pharaoh said unto his servants, Can we find [such a one] as this [is], a man in whom the Spirit of God [is]?

At the time when the Holy Spirit was not yet released Joseph was able to submit to God's Spirit that He could become a testimony. What is our excuse?

Remember the Spirit will not contend with you. He expects you to be filled with God's word, He expects you to be a person of prayer (the one who speaks intercessions for us through our own mouth), He expects us to be a people of worship, for He glorifies the Father and the Son. Glory to God.

He expects us to bear His fruits:

Galatians 5:22-23(NLT)
But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

Ephesians 5:9&10
(For the fruit of the Spirit [is] in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

What do we gain if we neglect the Spirit of God? What is our profit if we walk in the flesh and not the Spirit?

I see us revived, refreshed and releasing the Spirit. All we do will please the Lord. Glory to His Holy name. Halleluyah.

Love
