Proverbs 24:27
 Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house.

We have every cause to give God glory for a wonderful year. When we think, we are thankful for we then see all of God's goodness towards us through the year.

The question I always ask is what part do I play?

Proverbs 16:1
The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, [is] from the LORD.

There is still time to plan on how we will make good use of the remaining part of the year. Then we go further to make plans for the new year (if we are yet to do so) . Yes we are empowered by God to do so. However we must:

Proverbs 16:3
Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.

Yes when we stay in prayer, God's Spirit directs our spirit and we know what to do.

Proverbs 16:9
A man's heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.

Never let your life become limp. Do your path.

Hebrews 12:12-13
Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees;
 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.

I see us finishing the year well. I see us going into higher victory in the coming year. We will be prepared. Glory to God.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out. Please don't give up, God is still in control Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. My dear it is not about how you feel, and not about what it seems, it is about what He Has promised and He who promised is sure to keep His Word. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. Judges 12:1-4 Then the people of Ephraim mobilized an army and crossed over the Jordan River to Zaphon. They sent this message to Jephthah: “Why didn’t you call for us to help you fight against the Ammonites?
