THE FALSE COMPETITION - be fruitful.
Matthew 25:15
And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey.
Jesus the Christ, the Messiah used parables to illustrate His teachings to the people. These examples He gave, buttressed what He was to say, though at that instant some who heard did not fully understand the interpretation of the parables.
Matthew 25:21
His lord said unto him, Well done, [thou] good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
One point is clear everyone who is heading to the kingdom has been granted responsibility according to their ability. Everyone is expected to profit thereof.
1 Corinthians 12:7
But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.
In John 15, the Lord further described it as He being the tree and we the branches. A branch receives its supply from the tree and it is thus expected to bear fruits. The repercussion is made clear.
John 15:2
Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.
WE MUST BE FRUITFUL!!!
There is only one way we can do this:
John 15:4-5
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
I am the vine, ye [are] the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
ABIDE IN CHRIST!
1Timothy 4:16
Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.
There is no competition, everyone has his/her assignment. We cannot afford to be distracted by unhealthy competitions or strife.
Do you know that competition could make you deaf to what the Spirit of God is saying? Selah
Many stuck their heads into other people's calling. Have you seen a branch interlocked with another. To bear fruit becomes restricted, agriculturist will tell you it is impossible. Selah
Are you on your lane? Are you a fruitful branch. Remember we were grafted. Let us not get it wrong. We must bear fruit.
Romans 11:20-22
Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
For if God spared not the natural branches, [take heed] lest he also spare not thee.
Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in [his] goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
We need to be careful, walking with God is not a jest. Get serious.
I see us fruitful, yes, may we bear good fruits. Setting aside all unhealthy competition. We will be found worthy. We will be the Lord's harvest. Glory to God
We are blessed.
