GOD WILL NOT FORGET YOU

Isaiah 49:15
Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

One great example of love, care and sacrifice is relationship between mother and sucking child. Yet in time of great crises a mother may have to run and leave her child. Today we even see females who throw away or kill their children because they feel they are not ready to be mothers.

We look at God talking of the children of zion, Israel, how Jesus the Christ will rise from their midst and bring salvation and deliver them from their enemy. (though Israel did not know her real enemy)

Isaiah 49 : 13 & 10
Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.
They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for he that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them.

However this was what was in their mind:

Isaiah 49:14
But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me.

I love one of the reply God gave:

Isaiah 49:16
Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of [my] hands; thy walls [are] continually before me.

Today the Lord reminds us that He is here for us, and His thoughts are always with us. We should never think for a moment that He is not there. We listen so much from the world that we could get carried away and feel God's presence is not with us. No He is.

2Thessalonians 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep [you] from evil.

Remember if you are born again His Spirit dwells inside of you, reach in and find succor.

No matter how loud the voice outside is, remember that even if the mother forgets her sucking child, God would not forget you. You are covered!

Psalm 91:1
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

You are blessed.
