WORKING BEHIND THE SCENE
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to [his] purpose.
God is working His purpose out
As year succeeds to year;
God is working his purpose out,
And the time is drawing near;
Nearer and nearer draws the time,
The time that shall surely be,
When the earth shall be filled
With the glory of God
As the waters cover the sea.
This is the first verse of a great hymn I love so much, written by Arthur C. Ainger, 1894 and composed into music by Martin F. Shaw, 1915.
God is always there even when all seems quiet. Yes, He sees and works with the greater picture, but hello, that picture includes you, His child.
The same way you boot your computer, behind the blank screen billions of processes are taking place , it continues till you see the welcome screen amd you can finally log in and start your operations.
The same way God is always working all things out, when you look with your physical eyes you can't see it happening, or it may look gloom and hazy but no God is at work.
How do I know God is at work, Jesus said so:
John 5:17
But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.
He works to make all things fall into place. He knows and can take care of all things, however, He says we must pray . . .
Matthew 6:8
Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
He said we should not be like those who use vain repetitions. Why because when you ask once He has heard, just continue in thanksgiving. Declare what He has done.
* Prayer is a must for every believer, if you don't it may mean you don't need it* Selah!
As we end the year I see
* believers arising in prayer
* greater testimonies abounding
* unserious believers shaking off the dust and standing
* miracles, breakthroughs, healings
* children and new homes
* and finally
A GREATER AND BETTER YOU.
God bless you.
