HE HAS NOTHING IN ME
HE HAS NOTHING IN ME
John 14:30
"I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.
The enemy "satan" or the "devil" has been defeated, his agenda is to take our heart away from God and focus on him, or that which is his. The battle had always been for the soul(mind, heart, intellect, emotion) of man, even from the garden of eden when he caused man to die spiritually thereby being seperated from God.
Man had to now battle with what he had dominion over.
Therefore we who have been saved cannot therefore fall into the same error.
1Peter 5:8
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
The enemy's agenda has always been the fight for the soul of man.
Cause he knows that
Proverbs 4:23
Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.
Ephesians 2:2
in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,
If any man is in Christ he has been set free from the bondage of satan.
We are no longer condemned, we don't answer or account to satan but to God our Father. Therefore it should be all about Him.
Acts 26:18
'to open their eyes and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'
Colossians 2:15
Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.
So therefore if you are born of God you are not to worried over the devil but think always on pleasing God.
Yes we cannot ignore all the devices of the enemy, but when he comes we remember that he is already defeated.
2Corinthians 2:11
lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.
So instead of focusing on satan or all he wants to distract us with, we focus on Him who has set us free from his power, influence and condemnation.
We pray,
we study the word,
we worship,
we fast.
Knowing that though our spirit man has been redeemed, the flesh is liable to the influence of the enemy.
Galatians 5:16
I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh
Then we can say like Jesus
" HE HAS NOTHING IN ME"
God bless you.
